What is the dealay of implementation?

It's in your "Ad History".
You have to activate it.

you have to purchase advertising before anything appears in your ad history. probably shows how much advertisements you bought and how many have been clicked or how many credits you have left

HI. I purchased advert the other day; then went to stats & clicked activate as per email from admin. When will advert be displayed?

If you hit activate in the ads history page the ad will be displayed instantly.
