Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement between You (The User) and AdverCash.net

AdverCash.net Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of AdverCash.net Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Reserved Rights

· AdverCash.net reserves the right to freeze/remove/ban your account for any reason with or without warning. Should we choose to give warning, you will receive an email. A few reasons include, but are not limited to: Fraudulent Withdrawal, Using Un-Referred user Purchase without intent of payment or without paying alltogether, having more than one account per IP address, posting/promoting false information elsewhere, using other services for fraudulant use on AdverCash.net, and \"hiring\" other humans to click for you. This includes, but is not limited to, programs that click ads without user interaction and purchasing referrals fraudulantly from other websites.

· AdverCash.net reserves the right to deny service to anyone for any reason. If you should purchase something from us, and we choose to deny the purchase, your payment (if any) will be refunded.

Payment

· AdverCash.net guarantees payment based on a 30 day payment schedule. Regular users are paid at least 30 days after cashout, while Green Members are paid within 15 days(subject to a delay for movement of funds to various AdverCash accounts). These terms are for payments via AlertPay. If you request a payment, AdverCash.net will review your account. Once approved your payment status will be set to \"Approved\". Announcements will be made when payments are sent and your account will reflect that as well. If you have not received your payment on time, please submit a support ticket to our support team and they will respond with an answer within 24 hours.

· AdverCash.net reserves the right to deny a withdrawal for any reason. Possible reasons include, but are not limited to: Fraudulent withdrawals, no alertpay listed on withdrawal, wrong alertpay account listed on the withdrawal, alertpay account unable to receive funds, or wrong address listed on withdrawal. All of these things will end you with denied payment, and depending on the severity, possibly a banned account. Denied payments will not be recompensated.

· All members must also sign into the advercash forum at least once a week. Members do not have to be an active poster, just sign in and look around once a week.

· Once you request payout you are required to click at least one ad every 10 days until your payment is sent. If you have not clicked a single ad in a ten day period, you will be marked inactive and will no longer receive your payment. Your payment will be immediately denied upon processing and you will not be recompensated. Both standard members AND green members are subject to this rule. (Last modified: 5 days of inactivity to 10 days of inactivity - 05 Oct 2008)

IP Masking Services

If you should choose to use an IP masking service of any kind to access AdverCash.net you are doing so at your own risk. As we have no way of telling whether or not your IP is masked, if a different users is using the same service to mask their IP as you are using, it will show up as you having more than one account. So beware these services, if more than one user uses a single service, the users can be banned for multiple accounts, no questions asked. We do allow this, however, if you have someone on the same IP, and they happen to be one of your referrals, you will be flagged for banishment. And as stated in the above reserved rights, you can be banned with OR without warning.

Member Account, Password, and Security

You must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. This includes the specification of a password, email, and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify AdverCash.net immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. AdverCash.net will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by AdverCash.net or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

AdverCash.net will also prune accounts which have not been accessed for more than 1 month to keep the server load and inactive referrals at a minimal level AdverCash.net will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of your account inactivity.

Modification of These Terms of Use

AdverCash.net reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which AdverCash.net Services are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of AdverCash.net Services. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and additional terms posted on particular websites. Your continued use of AdverCash.net Services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation

Unless otherwise specified, AdverCash.net Site/Services are for your personal and non-commercial use.
